OUC in the News 

The Office of Unified Communications (OUC) consolidates the District's emergency 911, non-emergency and 311 call activities from the Metropolitan Police Department (MPDC), Fire and Emergency Medical Services (FEMS), and customer service operations.

OUC's use of cutting edge technology has been recognized by industry and government publications.
