The Community Action Team (CAT) is comprised of Office of Unified Communications (OUC) staff members who are assigned to each ward. This team participates in PSA, ANC, Neighborhood Watch, and other community-based group meetings across the city and in every ward. CAT members discuss what kinds of calls should be placed to 911 and 311 (which includes the Citywide Call Center) and what customers should expect when they call those telephone numbers.
