Washington, DC - The Office of Unified Communications (OUC) regrets to announce that 311 Operations Chief Erick Hines, a 13-year District Government public servant has unexpectedly passed away. This is an immense loss for both the OUC family and the District Government. Erick was a kind, loving, and dedicated leader and will be sorely missed by all.
