Host a DC 311 Community Walk!

In an effort to engage in more meaningful ways with community leaders and residents of the District, the OUC has begin hosting DC 311 Community Walks. Our DC 311 Customer Service Representatives walk alongside residents in their communities to address concerns and submit service requests in real time.

We are ecstatic to partner with leaders in #All8Wards, and we want to extend the invitation to you! If you are interested in hosting a community walk, please email our Public Affairs team at [email protected] and we will coordinate the best time to come out to your neighborhood.
