OUC Junior Academy

Familiarize your household with tips to ensure that 9-1-1 call takers can process your emergency calls efficiently.

311 - The Citywide Call Center

Dial 311, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to request scheduled services such as trash removal, repair of potholes, bulk pickups and recycling. To reach 311 from outside the city dial (202) 737-4404.

311 Online (Service Request Center)

The improved 311 platform makes it easier to report and track service issues.
